Delicious, simple smoothie! My kids favorite! Use frozen fruit because it will keep the smoothie ice cold, extra thick. Enjoy 😉
Ingredients:
Yield: 2 servings.
- 1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
- 1 medium orange peeled, sliced
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt ( activia)
- 1/2 cup filtered water ( or lemon water )
- 1 tsp honey optional
Directions:
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into 2 tall chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
