Polish Sausage and Corn Kebabs.

Grilled kebabs can be fun and kids like them. You can make these kebabs anytime. Assembling food on the skewers is a great way to get the kids involved in cooking especially boys who likes to play with a sword 😉  Just be sure to supervise. This lovely combination of flavors, colors, and textures is just as fun to make as it is to eat.  You can serve as appetizers, or picnic food, or as a light lunch. Good luck and enjoy 😉

Note: For these kebabs I used polish sausages. But you can use your favorite sausages.  Also soak your  wooden skewers in hot water for 30 minutes before grilling so they don’t burn.

Enjoy 😉
