Garlic stems (scapes) and beef stir fry.

Stir-frying is one of those quick, simple dinners.  Garlic scapes appear in many Chinese, Korean dishes. Garlic chives are almost the exact same thing as garlic scapes and a great substitute; you can find them at any Asian supermarket. They’re wonderful in this!  This dish is very easy to make but only one thing is find a good meat. I usually use sirloin steak.   Good luck 😉

Ingredients:

– 1 lb  ( 450 gr ) grilling top sirloin steak

– 1 med yellow onion

– 3-5  cloves garlic, minced

– 1  tablespoon gingerroot,  minced

– 2 bunches garlic stems, cut into 3cm pieces DSC_0490
