Stir-frying is one of those quick, simple dinners. Garlic scapes appear in many Chinese, Korean dishes. Garlic chives are almost the exact same thing as garlic scapes and a great substitute; you can find them at any Asian supermarket. They’re wonderful in this! This dish is very easy to make but only one thing is find a good meat. I usually use sirloin steak. Good luck 😉

– red, black pepper powder to taste
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 2 tablespoon bulgogi sauce
– 2-3 drops of browning
– 2 tablespoon flour

1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or frying pan to a high heat. Fry the garlic and onions in batches until golden and cooked through.
2. Add the beef and salt, peppers then cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
