Last time I used a bundt cake pan for this jello. It was different and beautiful. Kids loved it 😉

Ingredients:

  • 5 different colours of  jellos ( each 3 oz)
  • 2 oz unflavored gelatin
  • 1 can condensed milk ( 14 oz)
  • 6   1/2 cups boiling water, divided
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • cooking spray

To make:

1. Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavour of fruit jello mix in separate bowls. Stir for at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Pour each flavour of gelatin into a separate small shallow food storage container sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. ( Only add 1 cup of water to each box of coloured Jello. Ignore the instructions on the box of Jello (they say to use 2 cups of water). Use only 1 cup of water so the Jello is firm and can be cut into blocks)

2. Mix 2 packages of gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water

3. Put 1 can of condensed milk in 1  1/2 cups of boiled water and mix well.

4. Add the gelatin mixture to the condensed milk mixture and let it cool.

5. Cut the cooled jellos into your desired shapes and mix them in a large pan

6. Add cooled condensed milk and gelatin mixture on mixed jellos and stir gently

7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.  Cut into cubes and serve.

Enjoy!
