Hello everyone!

Finally, we’re having nice weather. It’s been very cold snowy and icy winter in Canada. Nice to have a warm sunny day. Our boys having a spring break and everyone is home. They’re doing a lot of house chores with me. Cleaning, cooking, and baking with me. I am happy mamma 😉

This is one of the easiest and yummiest breakfast ever. Everyone will love this one. You can put any fruits you like. I usually put mixed berries. My boys love it.

Good luck and enjoy 😉

This berry croissant puff is so easy to make and so good. You can even have for dessert too. It’s going to be everyone’s favorite. Believe me 😉

Ingredients:

  • 6 large butter croissants, cut into cubed pieces
  • 1/2 cup organic strawberries
  • 1/2 cup organic raspberry
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberry
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup organic brown sugar or caster sugar
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
  • 3/4 organic whole milk
  • powdered sugar for garnishing

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees.

2. Place croissant pieces in a 9″ pan. Sprinkle fruits all over the croissants.

3. In a bowl mix together cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Gradually add vanilla, eggs, and milk. Beating well after each addition.

4. Pour mixture evenly over croissants. Sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar all over. It makes crispy and tastes good.

5. Bake about 35- 40 minutes or until nice and golden brown. Let it rest for about 5-10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Enjoy!

This fruity croissant puff would be perfect for breakfast or brunch with family!  I hope you give it a try soon. Enjoy 😉
