Creamy Parmesan Garlic Mushroom Chicken is very easy to make and so good dish. The entire family or your friends will love it. With a slice of garlic bread, it will be just Wow… This dish is one of our favorites. Please try to use organic ingredients as possible.

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast thinly sliced or pounded to 1/2 inch thick (organic)
- 5-6 big brown mushrooms, thinly sliced (organic)
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced (organic)
- 2,3 tbsp multi color sweet peppers, diced (organic)
- 2+1 olive oil (organic)
- fresh or dry basil to taste
- salt and freshly ground peppers to taste
Creamy garlic Parmesan sauce:
- 1 cup of spinach chopped (organic)
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced (organic)
- 1 cup chicken broth (if you like soupier add more broth) organic
- 1 cup cream or half and half
- 1/3 cup fresh or dry Parmesan, or more
- 2 tbsp+2 tbsp unsalted butter
- fresh or dry basil to taste
- salt and freshly ground peppers to taste
- pinch of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp flour
Directions:
- Pat dry the chicken with paper towels. Generously season all over with salt and pepper.
- In a large nonstick skillet add 2 tbsp olive oil cook the chicken on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until brown on each side and cooked until no longer pink in center. Transfer the chicken to plate set aside.3. 3. Reduce the heat to medium and melt the half of the butter and add the sliced mushrooms, diced onions, and peppers, cook for a few minutes until tender. Season with salt, pepper and basil. Remove to plate or bowl and set aside.
Make the sauce just the way you like it. The best thing about this skillet dish is the sauce. You have the option of making it using either cream or half and a half.
4. To make the sauce in the same skillet add the other half of the butter and 1 tbsp olive oil add garlic and cook until tender. Whisk in the flour until it thickens. Whisk in chicken broth, cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper, salt and add more dry basil. Add the spinach and let simmer until it starts to thicken. Now reduce the heat and add the chicken, veggies back to the pan and simmer until the sauce is thickened and the chicken is cooked through 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan and the basil before serving. Serve with garlic bread or pasta.
