Very light and refreshing for a breakfast smoothie recipe. Fruit smoothies can fill you up, satisfy your sweet cravings and when made the right way, provide you with loads of vitamins and antioxidants. They’re great in the morning to start your day 😉
If you want a add any juice avoid sugar heavy fruit juices and pick a no sugar added. Also you can add coconut water, almond milk, soy milk, or filtered water.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana or whole banana
- 1 apple
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 cup blueberry
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 plum
- 2, 3 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp Chia seed
- 1 cup filtered water or lemon water or berry juice
Directions:
- Wash and clean all the fruits, and then cut them in a small chunks. Combine all ingredients together in a blender and pulse until smooth. Blend using the pulse option first and then finish with a 1 minute blend on high.
- Pour into 4 small glasses. Serve with fresh fruits.
