This is my mixed berry smoothie that I make with Chia seeds. It can be made with any berries and any berry juice. Please try to use unsweetened juice. Using frozen berries keeps the drink icy cold (and allows you to make it when berries are out of season), but if you prefer to use fresh, just add a couple of ice cubes when blending.

I love this beautiful, colorful, healthy berry smoothie. This creamy smoothie is perfect for a healthy and delicious breakfast or snack anytime.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries, thawed
- 1 red apple
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
- 1/2 cup apple or berry juice
- 2 tsp chia seed
- 1 berry activia or 3 tbsp organic yogurt
Directions:
- If you’re using frozen fruits thaw them little bit first. Or using a fresh fruits clean them first. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
- Pour into 4 small glasses and serve or refrigerate. Top of with an extra sprinkle of chia seeds if you wish.
