Ingredients:
Serving: 2 medium glasses.
- 2 small beets, rinsed, lightly peeled and chopped
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 2 small carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1/2 cup blueberry or pomegranate juice
- 1 small slice of ginger ( optional )
Directions:
- Peel the beets and carrots and wash fruit and vegetables then chop it.
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
