Hello everyone?
It’s a beautiful sunny morning in Mississauga ON Canada. I’m planning to make a colorful, healthy smoothie drink for my our boys. They love strawberry banana smoothie. But this time I want to add something else. And last night we had a homemade plain yogurt with pomegranate seeds. So I still have some leftovers. And I have a pomegranate juice too 😉 Perfect combination right 😉 ??? Pomegranates have a variety of healthy benefits that make it worthy to add to more than just strawberry smoothies. Sense my husband got heart problem we do buy this beautiful fruit very often.
Ok here is the recipe please enjoy and Cheers to the Healthy long life 😉
