Hello friends.
I’m falling in love with green drinks. You can just mix greens with green fruits and yogurt or water (coconut water is the best). With this recipe, you’re going to make 2 medium glass of drink. This green has a few fruits so kids can drink too. My boys like it. Sometimes when we make all green veggie drinks our kids don’t like it. You can put any yogurt you like. (In this picture there is a black tea. I just put the picture together but didn’t put in the green drink)

Ingredients:
- 2 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- a full cup of chopped kale
- half green apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 yogurt drink
Directions:
Put everything in the blender blend it well and drink it. I like to drink in the morning or evening. Please enjoy and stay healthy everyone 😉
