I’m posting my kid’s one of favorite dish. I’m sure yours will love it too. Chicken Cheese Balls is an amazing dish that can be eaten as a snack, school lunch, game day food, holiday parties as well as an appetizer. Also you can freeze them for up to 2-3 weeks. Serve with different sauces like mustard, sweet Thai sauce, or ketchup. My boys love to eat with organic ketchup. If you want to make a healthy version of this dish, then you can bake the chicken balls in cupcake pan in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit about 25-30 minutes. Flip it over every 15 minutes for evenly cooking. I’m really sure you’ll never want to buy frozen chicken cheese balls from store again.

Ingredients:
- 500 gr ground chicken
- 1 small yellow onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 eggs, divided
- 250 gr mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- about 2 tbsp sweet peppers like red or green, chopped
- 1 tsp dried rosemary or 1 medium sprig of fresh one
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil to fry ( vegetable oi, olive oil, canola oil, sunflower oil)
You will also need:
- non stick frying pan
- paper towels
- 2 spoons or kitchen thongs
- 3 small flat bowls
To do:
- Place 3 small flat bowl on your counter. Bowl 1 mix milk and 1 egg together. Place flour in a another bowl. At last place breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in the 3rd bowl.
- Peel and wash all the veggies. Roughly chop and place it in your food processor pulse until you have the nice fine veggie mixture.
- In a medium bowl place the ground chicken and add chopped veggies, 1 egg and seasonings. Mix well with your hands or with a wooden spoon.
- Make a cubed mozzarella set aside.
- Heat up about 1 L oil in your frying pan on medium-high heat.
- Grab some of the meat with your fingers, and use your hands to make a ball about 1-inch in diameter. Make a hollow at the center and add mozzarella cheese cube in it. Close the mixture and shape it like ball. Repeat the process again to make more.7. Now start rolling one chicken ball in the flour mixture and then milk egg mixture then breadcrumbs mixture. Use 2 spoons to roll the meat balls.
8. Once all coated well, drop few chicken balls at time in the frying pan and deep fry them until light brown in color. Keep the heat on low. Once done place it on kitchen towel- lined plate (or paper towel) to soak the extra oil and serve with your favorite sauce, salad and veggies.
